ICMA Signs MoU with Cambodia Chamber of Commerce

On January 5, 2016, Dr. Ruwan Hulugalle CMA, Regional Director for Cambodia and Managing Director of Ruwan Hulugalle & Company (RHC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with His Excellency Ngoun Meng Tech, Secretary General of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, to collaborate on human resource development by introducing ICMA programs to qualified members of the Chamber.

Through this cooperation, the members of the Chamber will be kept abreast of the latest developments in the profession, and continue to upgrade their capacity to deliver beneficial goods and services to Cambodians. Members of the Chamber include some of the largest companies in Cambodia as well as small and medium enterprises in all of the Cambodian provinces. RHC is the ICMA’s RPI in Cambodia.
